Basic Info

Full-time presence required in the classroom.
Teaching hours: Half-day; remaining time for planning and student engagement.
Work hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

Deliver engaging lessons and support students in English language acquisition.
Monitor and report on student progress and development.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
Participate in school events, professional development, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Education or related field.
Native English speaker with at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
Valid teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, PGCE, or state license).
Clean background check.

Salary and Benefits

Contract Duration: 3 years
Monthly Salary: RMB 20,000 – 23,000 (pre-tax, based on experience)
Accommodation Allowance: RMB 3,000/month
Flight Reimbursement:
RMB 5,000 (one-way at start and end of contract)
RMB 5,000 (round-trip in summer 2026 & 2027)
End-of-Contract Gratuity: One-month base salary
Medical Insurance: Group international policy
School Holidays: Approximately 21 days annually (based on school calendar)
