Position: Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher
Start Date: August，2025
Location : Suzhou
Working hours: Monday to Friday


Salary and Benefits:
Base salary:24-30k pretax/ month based on experience and qualifications;
Housing allowance: 5k/month；
Flight allowance: 8k/year

Job Responsibilities:
Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
Be familiar with PBL teaching (Project-based Learning).
Organize learning material and resources;
Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
Assess students’ performance and progress;
Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;
Good at parent communication and the job of nursery school parent


Requirements:
1.Native speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above required (early childhood education related major preferred);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Previous 2-year teaching experience in related fields required;
