Recruitment Information for IB Class English Head Teacher

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement English teaching plans based on the IB PYP curriculum framework, and organize diverse teaching activities.
2. Be responsible for the daily management of the class, pay attention to the physical and mental health and safety of children, and create a positive learning atmosphere.
3. Communicate with parents regularly, provide feedback on children's learning progress, and promote home-school cooperation.
4. Participate in school teaching research activities and training to continuously improve teaching skills.
5. Assist the school in organizing various activities, such as festival celebrations and open days.

Job Requirements:
1. Education and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in early childhood education, English education or related fields is preferred. - Hold a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate, and those with IB PYP teaching experience are preferred.
2. Language Skills - Fluent in English with standard pronunciation, capable of conducting full English teaching. - Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
3. Professional Skills - Familiar with the psychological development characteristics of young children, possessing classroom management and individualized teaching abilities, capable of independently leading a class. - Able to design and implement innovative teaching activities to stimulate children's interest in learning.
4. Personal Qualities - Passionate about early childhood education, highly responsible, patient and meticulous. - Possessing excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit and a friendly demeanor.
