Requirements:
- Native English Speaker from US/UK/CA
- Native English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Linguistics, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) is required.
- Prior experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or similar subjects to middle school or teenage learners.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to integrate global perspectives into lessons.
- Creative, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to design engaging, original content.
