We offer two distinct types of classes: international and bilingual, each tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. International teachers are dedicated to a single class for the entire day, fostering deep connections with the children. Bilingual teachers, on the other hand, guide two classes per day, allocating half a day to each class. This dual approach allows for a dynamic and comprehensive learning experience in both English and Chinese.

As a dedicated professional in our educational team, your main responsibilities will include:

Create a Safe Learning Environment: Foster and maintain a secure learning environment that encourages children to work independently, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.

Collaborate with Class Teachers: Work in close coordination with class teachers to facilitate learning journeys and meticulously document children's developmental progress, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of each child's growth.

Engage with Children: Actively engage with children, providing guidance and support on their individual learning journeys. Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates and inspires each child to reach their full potential.

Team Collaboration: Embrace a collaborative approach by actively participating as a valued member of our educational team. Contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual support.

Professional Development: Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth by actively participating in ongoing training and development opportunities. Stay informed about current educational practices and pedagogical advancements to enhance your teaching skills.

Teaching-Related Responsibilities: Execute teaching-related duties as required, ensuring that instructional responsibilities are carried out effectively. This includes planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with educational objectives and standards.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in education.
• 2 years of previous working experience.
• TEFL certificate
• Native English speaker
• Experience teaching working with young learners preferred
