Position: International Curriculum ESL Teacher

Subject:English language and writing, public speaking, and IELTS skills

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English Language and Writing courses including AP, A Level, and SAT preparation.
* Conduct public speaking and debate classes to enhance students' oral communication skills.
* Teach IELTS English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
* Assist with school admissions interviews during summer (usually July-August).
* Occasionally accompany students for external training sessions during term breaks or as needed.
* Participate in once a week evening classes (6:30 pm – 10:00 pm).
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (including 1-hour lunch break)
* One evening session per week: 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm
* Weekends off
* Work hours during winter and summer breaks vary; salary continues as usual during breaks.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 35,000 (pre-tax)
* Evening classes paid at an additional RMB 150 per session
* Free accommodation ; electricity allowance of RMB 100/month (excess paid by teacher)
* Meals not included; teachers may dine at the staff canteen at their own expense
Requirements:* Native or citizenship from the US, UK, Canada, or Australia only
* Bachelor’s degree in English, English Language and Literature, or related field
* Experience teaching AP, SAT, or A Level English courses preferred
* Strong sense of responsibility and care for students
* Willingness to fully comply with school management and work schedule, including no remote working option
* Ability to assist with occasional external student activities during breaks
