Duties and Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with national and international science standards (IGCSE and Pre-AP). Develop cross-disciplinary units to integrate physics, chemistry, and biology, enhancing students' understanding of interconnected scientific concepts.
Instructional Delivery: Deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, incorporating interactive activities, experiments, and real-world applications. Utilize technology, such as lab equipment, simulations, and educational software, to enhance the learning experience.
Laboratory Management: Prepare and supervise laboratory activities, ensuring safe and effective use of materials and equipment. Teach students proper laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and ethical scientific practices.
Assessment and Feedback: Assess student performance through quizzes, exams, projects, and practical work to monitor progress and understanding. Provide constructive feedback to guide students in improving their scientific inquiry and problem-solving skills.
Extracurricular Activities: Organize and mentor science clubs, competitions, or field trips to enrich students' learning experiences and foster a love for science.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other subject teachers, parents, and school administrators to support students' overall academic development. Attend meetings and participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in science education.

Salary : 25K-40K before tax
