Ref# 457 Full-Time Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Suzhou, China
Salary: RMB 25,000/month + RMB 2,000 housing allowance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
Vacation: Half salary during winter and summer breaks (in accordance with local Education Bureau policies)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons to children aged 3–6.
Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
Develop lesson plans and class activities that promote language development, creativity, and critical thinking.
Work collaboratively with local Chinese teachers and support staff.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and regular teacher training.
Follow daily routines, including morning check-in, class teaching, snack/lunch supervision, and nap time management.
Requirements:
Native English speaker (e.g., from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa).
Female, age 25–40 preferred.
Clean, professional appearance (fair-skinned/"white-faced" preferred as per school aesthetic preference).
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Early Childhood Education preferred).
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours).
Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in China or similar setting.
Passionate about working with young children; responsible, patient, and energetic.
