Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan;
2.Organize learning material and resources;
3.Use a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Keep a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1.Bachelor’s Degree or above;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.At least 2 years teaching experience as a classroom teacher;
5.Early childhood education related background or experience preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary package range from 24,000 to 25,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance 8,000 RMB;
3.Work visa provided;
4.Standard insurance provided;
5.Airfare reimbursement 8,000 RMB per year available;
