Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
2+ years of good–quality post–
qualification experience including solid IGCSE and AS e xperience of at least two years
Experience incorporating practical elements, including t he AS practical, but also bringing in practicals across al l levels
Demonstrated interest in student development and opti mism for students’ ability to learn and grow
Ability to learn and apply local Chinese educational stan dards as well as new technologies
Interest in and commitment to diversity, equity and incl usion
Ability to collaborate, establish rapport and communica te in a Dual Language Immersion environment
