1. Basic Information
Job Position: International Sales Representative
Department: Business Department
Job Grade: To be determined (TBD)
Pay Range: Negotiable
Reports to: General Manager, Overseas Business Division
Direct Reports: TBD
2. Job Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Achieve Targets: Responsible for the sales promotion of the company's medical devices and consumables in international markets. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets at all stages.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research in target regions, gathering intelligence on healthcare policies, competitor activities, and customer needs. Produce comprehensive market research reports.
Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of overseas marketing initiatives, including social media operations, seminars, and participation in trade shows/exhibitions.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with overseas clients and partners. Manage and update the customer database.
Reporting & Optimization: Regularly generate sales progress reports. Propose optimization strategies and solutions for client acquisition and market development.
3. Job Qualifications
Education: Current student at a Shanghai university or graduate with overseas study experience. Priority given to majors in Marketing, International Trade, Polymer Materials, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical internship or work experience in cross-border commerce. Experience in the medical device/dental sector is highly advantageous.
Skills & Attributes:
High level of passion for sales.
Strong resilience under pressure.
Demonstrated strong learning agility and communication skills.
Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin (proficiency in professional business communication essential). Proficiency in additional languages is a significant plus.
Cultural Competency: Possess cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt communication styles and business etiquette across diverse international contexts.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to undertake international travel (up to 50% of the time). Candidates holding valid visas for the USA, EU, Southeast Asia, or other key regions are preferred.
