1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:50am – 5:30pm;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements
1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor's degree or above required;
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. Previous teaching experience in kindergartens preferred;
6. IB experience preferred;

Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary 22,000 to 26,000 RMB per month before tax or more, based on experience and qualifications;
2. Single apartment or housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month;
3. Work visa provided;
4. Commercial insurance provided;

5. Flight reimbursement 7,000 RMB available per year;
6. Contract renewal bonus up to 3,000 RMB available;
7. Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- Winter & summer vacation 6 to 8 weeks in total with 60% pay and full housing allowance
