Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop high-quality distributors and build channels in blank cities.
2. Assist local distributors in store location selection, store decoration, and the establishment and organization of business teams, design teams, and procurement teams, as well as provide training before store opening.
3. Complete the recruitment and new store development targets on time and in full, and achieve the annual recruitment plan.
4. Deeply cultivate the market in the responsible area and optimize the quality of existing channel customers.
5. Build good and stable customer relationships, establish business cooperation in real time, and accurately convey brand value.
6. Timely identify problem distributors, quickly formulate replacement plans, and establish cooperation with potential merchants in real time.
7. Regularly collect and analyze information on competing products in the industry, and formulate feasible strategic planning countermeasures.
8. Cooperate with the business operation team to manage customers well, achieve a high survival rate for new stores, and ensure profitability.
9. Assist superiors in promoting and implementing the annual marketing plan, and complete the target sales tasks on time and in full.

Qualifications:
1. College degree or above.
2. More than three years of relevant working experience in the furniture industry or high-end brand franchise expansion, with experience in high-end furniture, building materials, decoration companies, luxury goods, etc. preferred.
3. Have a deep understanding of market recruitment work, possess good market development capabilities, and be familiar with channel management and franchise agency in the furniture and building materials industry.
4. Have a strong network of distributor contacts and have established long-term friendly cooperation with major mainstream shopping malls.
5. Have a strong self-motivation, be enterprising, have a high degree of work enthusiasm, good teamwork spirit, and strong negotiation skills.
6. Be able to adapt to frequent business trips and handle high work pressure.
7. Have English proficiency.
