Core Teaching Responsibilities

• Develop specific lesson plans aligned with the syllabus and curriculum, ensuring content suits students' age, English level, and instructional goals.

• Deliver classroom instruction, using diverse methods (e.g., situational dialogues, group activities, multimedia) to spark students' interest in English and enhance their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Assign and grade homework, provide timely feedback on student progress, and offer targeted tutoring or adjust teaching strategies for areas needing improvement.

Teaching Management & Communication

• Track attendance, classroom performance, and grades; conduct regular analyses and share progress updates with students and parents.

• Communicate with parents to address questions, collaborate on strategies to support learning, and build a strong home-school partnership.

• Participate in teaching workshops, exchange ideas with fellow English teachers, and work together to refine curriculum and methods.

Teaching Preparation & Professional Development

• Prepare teaching materials (e.g., lesson plans, aids, practice exercises) to ensure smooth classroom activities.

• Stay updated on trends and innovations in English education, and continuously enhance professional skills and teaching expertise.

• Organize or coach students in English competitions, speeches, recitals, etc., to expand learning opportunities and boost their sense of achievement.
