Responsibilities：
 Prepare and deliver English lessons as a compulsory course;
 Make appropriate teaching plans according to the levels of the students;
 Assesses students’ performance and provides feedback;
 Create a pure English learning environment for kids, organize interesting activities
and improve their spoken English;
 Take part in school activities according to the school arrangement;
 Attend staff meetings in order to remain current about educational policies, special
procedures and fully understand the teaching requirement;
 Office hour: Yes, generally from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday;
 Weekly teaching periods: 16-18 periods with duration of 40-45mins for each
 Student age: 13-15;
 Class scale: about 40;
 Textbook: N/A;
 Must be willing to become involved with the life of the school. Selection Criteria:
 Native speaker from English-speaking countries preferred;
 Bachelors degree or equivalent. A postgraduate degree is optional and will enhance
your conditions of employment;
 Teaching experience required;
 Lively, cheerful, outgoing and good at communication;
 English teaching qualification such as TESOL or TEFL certificate;
 Teaching experience preferred. Compensation:
 Monthly salary starts at 15K-18K (in RMB yuan) depending on qualifications and
experience
 Monthly housing allowance 2.5K(in RMB yuan)
