Job Responsibilities:
Conduct English teaching with students offline, using full English mode to promote students English thinking and ensure teaching effectiveness.
Strictly follow the curriculum schedule, fully prepare lessons, and complete teaching tasks. Develop and improve teaching plans regularly, prepare in advance, provide personalized courses, and offer post-class teaching support as well as reviewing and grading assignments. Maintain active communication with students and management, build trust, and improve classesatis faction.
Actively participate in various training, teaching research, lectures, and meetings organized by the school and department.
