Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans based on the kindergarten curriculum.
2. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages children’s development and learning.
3. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and school management.
4. Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.
6. Attend ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions.

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. TEFL certification(or equivalent)
4. Prior experience teaching English in a Chinese kindergarten (Montessori English teaching experience preferred).
5. Passionate about early childhood education, responsible, and patient.

Salary and Benefits:
1.Salary range: 20,000 to 24,000 RMB after tax per month (negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and educational background).
2.Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB included in the salary package.
3. Full paid holidays, including approximately 3 weeks of Summer holiday and 2 weeks of Winter holiday, plus all Chinese public holidays.
4. Work permit and residence visa provided.
5. Medical insurance coverage.
