Position: English Teachers

Location: Shaoxing, China

Job Responsibilities:
Teach English (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) to high school students (10-12) in a public high school. Extra consideration is given to those who can teach history/social studies or college essay writing. Provide the best possible teaching and learning processes and environment for the students. Facilitate the attainment of each student's full potential and develop non-academic as well as academic skills, track and analyze student progress and prepare lessons to meet student needs. Timely record grades using the online grade system. Attend weekly meetings and work closely with the program director to meet students’ academic goals.

Working Hours
• 5 working days per week
• Maximum 18 teaching hours per week + some office hours

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Native English Speaker
• 120-hour TEFL or TESOL certificate
• Two years of teaching experience preferred (not required)

Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive remuneration of 20000 to 25000 RMB monthly based on qualifications
