Key Responsibilities
1.Support the Product Roadmap Plan and Execution through market trends analysis. Aligns short term goals with long term opportunities. Assesses market needs based on supplier collaboration and CST engagement with the intent of providing product development input based on customer data and competitor analysis.
2.Collaboration – work cross functionally with GST, CST, & Marketing ensuring product development aligns with business goals and customer needs.
3.Feature Development – assist in defining product requirements (Packaging, UOM’s, Product Specifications, etc.)
4.Data Driven Decision Making – analyzing customer data to help support and drive product & assortment decisions.
5.Communication – serving as a bridge between US Raxwell team and GST driving alignment on product development goals, strategies, and activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
1.Native English speaker with the ability to communicate in Chinese.
2.Good organizational and communication skills, able to effectively solve problems and respond to emergencies.
3.Good team player and ability to work under pressure
4.Self-motivated and disciplined, with a willingness to embrace the company culture.
