Oral English Teacher
1.Design targeted oral English courses, including daily communication, topic dialogue, situational expression, etc., and formulate reasonable teaching plans.
2.Adopt diversified oral teaching methods such as topic discussion, role-playing, impromptu speech, etc., to stimulate students' enthusiasm to speak English.
3.Create an all-English classroom atmosphere, encourage students to communicate in English more, and improve students' oral response speed and expression fluency.
4.Regularly organize oral tests and evaluations, record students' learning progress and existing problems, and adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Skills
1.Native English speaker with pure and standard pronunciation, from countries where English is the mother tongue (such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, etc.).
2.Love oral teaching, have good communication skills and affinity, and be good at guiding students to actively speak English.
