Chengdu: ESL Expats Needed in a School
1. Job Description
Teaching English courses (ESL)
No more than 20 English classes a week for grade 1 to grade 7 (consists
of groups about 30+/40+ students)

3. Qualifications:
•A certified/notarized bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the related field;
•Must be a native English speaker (National policy requirements for
passport processing) with natural accent and clear pronunciation;
•A certified/notarized TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification;
•A certified/notarized non-criminal certification;
•A minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience, with teaching
experience of students aged 6-15 preferred.

4. Teaching hours
8AM to 5 PM (subject to school schedule), Monday to Friday
Start date: September 2025
Monday to Friday, weekends off, long winter and summer holiday, and
Chinese public holidays.
