1. Teaching work
According to the kindergarten teaching syllabus, the English curriculum suitable for the age characteristics of children (3-6 years old) is designed and implemented, mainly in the form of games, songs, stories and other interactive forms.
Through immersive language environment, cultivate children's English listening and speaking ability and cross-cultural interest.
Cooperate with Chinese teachers to complete bilingual theme activities (such as holiday celebrations, scientific exploration, etc.) to ensure the achievement of teaching goals.

2. Classroom management
Create a safe, pleasant, and orderly classroom atmosphere, and guide children to follow rules and actively participate in interactions.
Pay attention to the individual differences of young children and adjust teaching methods to meet different learning needs (such as language foundation, personality characteristics, etc.).
