[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for following up and following up on campus online drainage resources, communicating and understanding customer needs, judging and confirming customer intentions, understanding and summarizing feedback, learning goals, and future development plans of potential customers, inviting potential customers to visit and recommending them to professional consultants to follow up on transactions;
2. Reasonably utilize and maintain online resources, summarize and analyze target customer demographics, classify management, and establish customer management files.
[Job Requirements]
1. College degree or above, with relevant work experience in marketing, education and training, fashion design industry or sales experience preferred;
2. Passionate, standard Mandarin, pleasant voice, strong affinity and infectiousness, agile thinking; Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
3. Positive and optimistic, strong sense of purpose, able to handle work pressure, down-to-earth and efficient in doing things;
4. Strong team spirit and customer service awareness;
5. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
