Job Responsibilities:
Provide professional course introductions and system explanations to students' parents, clearly convey the value of course training, recommend appropriate course plans according to customers' needs, and effectively promote enrollment.
Formulate and complete personal work plans on time, actively follow up on potential customers and students' information, regularly update and maintain the customer database to ensure the effective management of customer resources.
Obtain parents' contact information from the marketing department, invite parents to visit the store for course experience through telephone communication, and improve the store visit rate and conversion rate; Win customers' trust with professional and meticulous services, improve customer satisfaction and reputation, and promote existing customers to make referrals to expand student source channels.
Cooperate with the team to achieve enrollment targets, participate in marketing promotion activities, and assist in enhancing brand influence.
Job Requirements:
Possess a college degree or above, have work experience related to sales or consulting in the education industry, and those familiar with the course system are preferred.
Aged between 35 and 45 years old, able to work stably for a long time and adapt to the pace of the position.
Have good Cantonese communication skills, able to communicate smoothly with local parents, and those with a Hong Kong local household registration are preferred.
Have a positive and proactive personality, a serious and responsible work attitude, strong pressure resistance and execution ability, and be able to maintain a good state in high-intensity work.
Have a good sense of customer service, pay attention to details and communication skills, and be able to accept a certain degree of overtime work
