Position Overview​
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will be based in Africa, bringing a deep understanding of the local context to drive successful recruitment outcomes.​
Key Responsibilities​
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the African market, aligning with the company's hiring needs and goals.​
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and local partnerships.​
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.​
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and ensure a clear understanding of candidate expectations.​
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining effective communication at all stages.​
Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms and conditions with candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding transition.​
Stay updated on local labor laws, market trends, and recruitment best practices in Africa to ensure compliance and optimize recruitment efforts.​
Foster relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and industry organizations to enhance the company's talent acquisition network.​
Requirements​
Location: Must be currently based in Africa and have a strong familiarity with the local 风土人情 (customs, traditions, and cultural nuances) of the region.​
Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal ,CHINESE IS PLUS
communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.​
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies is an advantage.​
Personal Traits: Highly proactive, enthusiastic, and with a positive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with candidates and colleagues easily.​
Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding and respect for the diverse cultures and communities in Africa, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural interactions effectively.​
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, able to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.​
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address recruitment challenges proactively.​
