Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Cultivate as a core talent or management-level candidate for international factory operations, or as a high-potential reserve talent for the center. Future career development directions primarily include: final assembly technology, lean manufacturing, safety, production management, equipment, and factory management;
2. Training period: Approximately one year. During the first three months after joining the company, rotate through operational positions at the factory (operators, warehouse managers) to familiarize yourself with product knowledge, process technology, quality technology, center and factory processes, and maintenance technology. From three to nine months, rotate through business positions at the factory and center, participate in relevant projects, complete training and development according to your personal capability plan, and finalize your position assignment. From 9 to 12 months, rotate through departments such as R&D, product development, and quality control to gain in-depth knowledge and enhance skills related to the position.

Requirements:
1. Majors in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, new energy, safety, or quality management systems;
2. Outgoing personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent learning ability, and strong organizational skills;
3. Arabic, English, and Chinese can be used as working languages.
