Job Description
Main job responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive schedule and administrative management

Manage the general manager's extremely busy official and personal schedules, including meetings, business trips, rest time, family affairs, etc., seamlessly and without conflicts, and proactively remind of key points.

Be responsible for travel arrangements (including visas, air tickets, hotels, ground transportation and detailed itineraries), and be ready to handle any emergencies during the trip at any time.

Be willing to work hard and endure hardships, handle various public and private matters assigned by the general manager flexibly as needed, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a closed loop.

2. Strategic Communication and Hub Function

As the spokesperson for the general manager, accurately and appropriately convey instructions and opinions, skillfully coordinate internal and external resources, and promote the implementation of various affairs.

Proactively collect, screen and integrate information from all sides to provide efficient and precise information support for the general manager's decision-making; act as the "radar" for the general manager to perceive the dynamics of the team.

Accompany the general manager to attend important internal and external meetings, business banquets and social activities, and do a good job in the preparatory work and follow-up.

3. Handling of highly confidential documents and information

Handle the confidential emails, letters and documents of the general manager, and possess excellent ability in information discrimination and priority ranking.

Draft, write and translate various high-quality business documents, reports and personal letters.

4. Excellent English communication and business support

Possessing excellent oral English skills, capable of serving as the personal translator for the general manager, and able to communicate fluently and idiomatically in various international business conferences, negotiations and social occasions.

Handle all international correspondence and undertake immediate written and oral translation work.
5. Chinese is suitable for daily communication
Qualifications
Experience: More than 3 years of experience as a senior executive's personal assistant or senior administrative assistant, with a background in the consumer goods industry, and a deep understanding of the fast-paced and high-demand nature of the industry.

Oral English must be fluent and idiomatic, with standard pronunciation, and be capable of conducting in-depth business communication and cross-cultural exchanges.

Hardware skills: Proficient in Office software and possess excellent document processing skills.
