Job Description
1. Position overview
complete the English teaching work in the first, second and third grades of high school, and help students achieve significant improvement in English proficiency through systematic teaching, laying a solid foundation for their future further education and academic development.
2. Main responsibilities
(1) Responsible for teaching English courses in the first, second and third grades of high school to ensure the quality of teaching.
(2) According to the needs of students, formulate and implement a systematic score improvement plan to help students improve their English scores.
(3) Design and optimize the curriculum content to ensure that the teaching system is complete and in line with students' learning characteristics.
(4) Regularly evaluate students' learning progress and provide personalized tutoring and feedback.
(5) Actively participate in departmental teaching and research activities, share teaching experience, and improve the overall teaching level.
(6) Assist the campus in carrying out cultural activities (English corner), English clubs, second classrooms, class publicity (enrollment transformation), international courses, international project planning and operation, international project negotiation and inspection, business trips, etc.
5. Job requirements
(1) native English speakers, with standard pronunciation and no accent.
(2) Have experience in teaching high school English, and have a complete teaching system and methods.
(3) Strong affinity, good at communicating with students, can stimulate students' interest in learning.
(4) Have good cross-cultural communication skills and be able to adapt to the Chinese educational environment.
(5) TEFL/TESOL or other relevant English teaching qualifications are preferred.
3. Bonus points
(1) Have basic Chinese communication skills and be able to understand students' common problems.
(2) Teaching experience in international schools or bilingual schools is preferred.
(3) Familiarity with the Chinese high school English curriculum system and examination requirements is preferred.

(1) Monthly salary of 15,000 RMB, specifically negotiable.
