Job Description
Responsibilities:
Opportunity Exploration & Innovation Testing
Conduct in-depth analysis of social behaviors in the North American market (e.g., content consumption habits, interaction motivations) and design innovative social feature prototypes aligned with local cultural and festive contexts (e.g., virtual parties, real-time collaborative experiences).
Lead A/B testing and data reviews to validate new ideas quickly, driving at least 2 micro-innovation iterations per week.
Product Development from 0 to 1
Drive the end-to-end product development process — from concept design to launch — by coordinating cross-functional teams (design, engineering, local operations) and ensuring MVP delivery within a 2-week timeline.
Design user growth mechanisms (e.g., referral incentives, co-creation features) to improve user retention and conversion rates.
Cross-Cultural Product Localization
Optimize product user experience based on North American users’ preferences (e.g., privacy settings, creative tools) to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

Monitor social product competitors and propose differentiated product strategies.
Requirements:
Background (any of the following):
Deep understanding of North American social culture and user behaviors (through study, work, or long-term living experience in the region — 3+ years preferred)
3–5 years of internet product experience, with proven track record in social/community feature development

Core Skills:

Fast learner, data-driven mindset, and strong cross-cultural communication skills (fluent English required)
High sensitivity to emerging trends (AI social, AI social gaming, Web3, etc.) and ability to apply them to product scenarios
Strong ownership and collaboration skills, able to work across time zones and deliver results under limited resources
