Basic Info
Student Age Group: 3–6 years old
Working Schedule:
• Wednesday to Friday: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Includes a 1-hour lunch break and a 30-minute dinner break
Total Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Teaching Hours: Up to 25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
1.Teach English to learners of various levels in a training center setting
2.Create and adapt lesson plans based on student needs
3.Use interactive methods and technology to enhance learning
4.Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
5.Maintain a supportive and engaging classroom environment
6.Collaborate with colleagues and share teaching resources

Requirements:
1. Native English speaker
2. Bachelor’s degree or above
3. TEFL certification(or equivalent)
4. Relevant ESL teaching experience (preferably in a training center)
5. Passionate, adaptable, and culturally sensitive

Salary and Benefits:
1.Salary range: 17,600 – 21,600 RMB before tax per month
2.Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB included in the salary package.
3.Legal work visa support.
4.Annual Leave: 5 paid working days per year(Note: No long summer or winter holidays due to required participation in seasonal camps）
