Responsibilities:
• Execute provided lesson plans within the two-hour class, adapting your teaching style to
optimize student engagement.
• Manage classrooms of students aged 3-18, with a maximum class size of 8.
• Collaborate closely with a Chinese Teaching Assistant to deliver comprehensive
educational support.
• Partner with management to monitor and promote each student's academic progress.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student development.
• Utilize provided planning time to prepare thoroughly for each class.
• Fulfill a 40-hour work week, which includes 24 teaching hours.
• Work a five-day schedule that includes both weekend days (Saturday and Sunday).
• Uphold high academic and behavioral expectations for every student.
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with all students.
