We are seeking a meticulous and responsible full-time English translator, mainly responsible for accurately and smoothly translating English materials into Chinese, as well as translating Chinese materials into English. The ideal candidate should not only possess superb bilingual skills but also have a profound understanding of the construction industry, ensuring the accuracy of the translation content in terms of technology, culture and style, and serving as a bridge for communication within our global team.
I. Main Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the translation of various company documents, including but not limited to: technical documents, business contracts, marketing materials, website content, public relations articles and internal communications, etc.
2. Undertake interpretation work for meetings, business negotiations, training sessions and other occasions as needed. Maintain close communication with internal relevant departments (such as the marketing and technical teams) to ensure accurate understanding of translation requirements and technical details.
3. Proofread, review and polish the translation content to ensure high-quality output.
4. Research industry-related knowledge and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of translation.
Ii. Job Requirements
(1) Essential Conditions:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, translation, linguistics or construction industry is preferred.
2. Excellent language skills in both Chinese and English, elegant and smooth writing style, and a keen insight into language details.
3. Possess excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, complete translation tasks on time, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
(2) Priority will be given:
1. Those with overseas study or work experience will be given priority.
2. Those with experience in construction projects are preferred.
