Job Descriptions

1.Conducting subject teaching instructions, assessments and placements to students of varying grade levels and abilities;
2.Designing curriculum, planning and preparing for lessons;
3.Working with local teachers on curriculum development;
4.Monitoring and reporting students' performance, progress and development;
5.Providing regular feedback to parents regarding student progress;
6.Participating in school academic and non-academic activities;

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above (major in Education or related subject preferred);
2. With QTS/PGCE/national teaching/TEFL certification;
3. At least 2 years of teaching experience in related fields;
4. IB/international school teaching experience preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1. Monthly salary: RMB 25,000 – 30,000 (before tax, based on qualifications and experience).
2. Housing allowance included in the salary package.
3. Annual flight allowance: up to RMB 10,000.
4. Relocation allowance: up to RMB 2,000.
