Manage daily custom order shipping operations.
Optimize shipping costs through vendor negotiation and process improvements.
Identify and resolve root causes of shipping issues.
Coordinate orders with suppliers and partners.
Assist with packing orders when needed.
Work on-site at the Freight Agent office as required.
