The Human Resources Department at the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem invites you to join a leading team in a dynamic, service-oriented, and diverse work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment across all hotel departments: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members

  • Planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities

  • Providing day-to-day support and guidance to hotel staff

  • Handling general administrative tasks and office support within the HR department

What are we looking for?

  • High level of service orientation, strong interpersonal skills, and team spirit

  • Fluent English – required
