Position Details:

· Location: Fuzhou, China
· Base Salary: 15,000 - 16,000 RMB per month (after tax)
· Signing Bonus: Attractive bonus upon signing
· Visa Support: Successful candidates will be provided with a basketball coach work visa

Requirements:

· Valid FIBA coaching certificate
· At least 2 years of proven basketball teaching/coaching experience
· Strong communication skills and a passion for developing players
· Ability to work effectively with athletes of varying skill levels

Responsibilities:

· Plan and conduct engaging basketball training sessions
· Develop players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and teamwork
· Organize and lead team activities, matches, and events
· Foster a positive, motivating, and professional environment
