In order to expand, we are looking for qualified candidates to join our coaching staff, who with debate or debate coaching experience on various public speaking or debate formats.

Teach Speech and Debate classes in our after-school program (mostly at weekends), and sometimes teach club classes during the weekdays.
Offer help to students outside of the classroom, including speech revision and others, holding office hours once per week as well as occasionally going to competitions with students.
Collaborate with the academic team on class design and material preparation.
Working hour: Choose to have 2 days off during the week since weekends will be teaching time. Working hours during the week are also fairly flexible.

REQUIREMENTS
Have Experience teaching public speaking related classes, preferablly having experience with American-style debate.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Willingness to travel to nearby cities for both classes and competitions.
Strong work ethic.
