Your Day (Mon-Fri 7:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m.)
• 3 play-based English/literacy sessions (90 min each)
• 1 small-group phonics/story-telling circle (45 min)
• Plan, assess and document each child’s language milestones
• Collaborate with Chinese co-teacher on weekly themes
• Supervise outdoor exploration, lunch & nap routines
• Share progress with parents and attend one short staff meeting (Wed)
Compensation
• Salary: 25–28 k RMB / month (12 months)

Must-Haves
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early-Childhood, Education, English or related field
• Teaching license OR TESOL/TEFL/CELTA
• ≥ 3 years kindergarten / nursery classroom experience
• Familiarity with US Common Core early-literacy standards
• Passionate about play-based, inquiry-driven learning
