Job Description
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Establishment and Maintenance of the Quality Management System
Responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with international/industry standards.
- Organize internal audits, management reviews, coordinate external certification audits, and promote continuous improvement.
2. Development of Quality Objectives and Strategies
- Develop annual quality objectives, KPIs, and implementation plans, supervise the execution by various departments.
- Analyze quality data (such as customer complaints, non-conformance rates, etc.), propose improvement measures, and track closed loops.
3. Process Quality Control
- Supervise the quality control points in the production process to ensure that raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods meet quality standards.
- Lead the handling of defective products and the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
4. Customer and Supplier Quality Management
- Handle customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in supplier evaluations and audits, and promote supplier quality improvements.
5. Team Building and Training
- Form and manage a quality team (QC/QA/QE), train employees on quality awareness;
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Collaborate with R&D, production, procurement, and other departments to participate in new product development and prevent design risks.
7. Regulations and Compliance
- Ensure that products comply with industry regulations and respond to customer or third-party factory inspections.
II. Job Requirements
1. Hard Requirements
- Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in quality management, engineering, or related science and engineering fields.
- Experience: More than 5 years of quality management experience, more than 3 years of team management experience, familiar with industry quality standards.
- Proficient in English (for foreign enterprises to deal with external audits or customer communication).
- Skills:
- Expertise in quality management tools;
- Proficient use of quality analysis software;
- Holding relevant quality certificates (such as CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO internal auditor) is preferred.
2. Soft Requirements
- Analytical ability: Data-sensitive, able to locate problems through data and drive their resolution.
- Communication and coordination: Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration, capable of negotiating with customers and suppliers.
- Stress resistance: Able to handle emergency quality incidents or customer complaints, make quick decisions.
- Responsibility: Adhere strictly to quality red lines, adhere to principles.
3. Industry-Specific Requirements
- Manufacturing: Familiar with production processes, inspection standards (such as AQL sampling), measurement instrument management.
- Pharmaceutical/Food: Understand GMP, HACCP, and other regulations.
- Service industry: Expertise in setting service quality standards and optimizing customer experience.
