Position Overview:
We are a dynamic and caring early childhood center in Chengdu looking for a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. We are prioritizing candidates who are already residing in China and possess the necessary documents for a seamless work permit transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
· Implement daily lesson plans and adhere to the class schedule, ensuring a structured and productive learning day.
· Foster a safe, engaging, and playful educational atmosphere for students from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
· Attend to children's basic needs, including assisting with handwashing and toilet training, with care and patience.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and well-resourced classroom environment.
· Prepare all lesson materials and activities in advance to ensure high-quality instruction.
· Maintain consistent and positive communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
· Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other staff members as a dedicated team player.
· Actively participate in school activities, events, and meetings, which may occasionally occur outside of standard hours.
· Uphold all center policies and procedures as outlined in the teacher handbook, with a paramount focus on student safety.
· Assist in managing and organizing classroom supplies on a monthly basis.

Our Classroom:
You will be part of a supportive teaching team in a class of 18-20 students, working alongside 2 Teaching Assistants and a Nanny.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field.
· A minimum of 1 year of relevant teaching experience with children aged 2-6.
· Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must currently reside in China and be eligible for a work permit transfer (including providing a criminal background check and authenticated degree/TEFL certificate).

Compensation & Benefits:
· Salary: 15,000 RMB - 20,000 RMB per month
