Main Responsibilities
•Assist Scandic Sourcing’s host team with daily operations at the Swedish Pavilion.
Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right Swedish exhibitors.
•Provide translation and interpretation between English, Chinese, and Swedish-speaking visitors when needed.
•Maintain tidiness and good order of the common area and exhibition space.
•Support serving coffee, water, and light refreshments; ensure the area is clean and presentable.
•Help manage visitor flow and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere.
•Learn basic company information (provided by the organizer) to assist with visitor questions and introductions.
•Offer general help to exhibitor representatives as needed and report to the team lead when issues arise.
