Job Description
1. Customer Development and Prospecting: Proactively identify and develop potential customers interested in used car export business through various channels, including online channels (such as LinkedIn and short videos), offline visits, telephone sales, and exhibition participation.
2. Sales and Negotiation: Deeply understand customer needs and tailor the most cost-effective and efficient ocean, air, rail, and land transportation logistics solutions for each customer; provide professional quotations, sales negotiations, and contract signing.
3. Relationship Management: Establish long-term, stable, and trusting relationships with customers, conduct regular return visits, address customer inquiries and objections, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with the company's internal operations team to ensure that every shipment is delivered smoothly and safely to the customer, achieving a closed-loop sales process.
