Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Development Support
Responsible for supporting overseas market expansion efforts, includingfacilitating project negotiations, overseeing contract signing processesand organizing/executing marketing promotion plans.
2. Customer Relationship MaintenanceManage high-level international receptions with end-to-end follow-updriving negotiation closures and order confirmations. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to upgrade partnership tiers, monitor client feedback and resolve issues proactively.
3.0ther related administrative affairsOther administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics or STEM-related fields.
2.Fluent English communication skills.
3.2-5 years of relevant experience in client relationship management.
4.Positive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
5.Strong interest in the robotics industry, with a passion for the latest trends and developments.
