Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day, from 8:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break, 2days off;
2.Student Age: 3 to 6 years old;

Job Description

1.Design and follow a complete teaching plan suitable for young children;
2.Properly organize and utilize learning materials and resources;
3.Implement a variety of activities and instructional methods to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities;
4.Maintain a positive and active learning environment for children;
5.Keep an open line of communication with parents and provide them with appropriate information;
6.Assess student performance and progress in a timely fashion;
7.Participate in other related activities and events held by the school;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above (in Early Childhood Education or other Education related majors);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.At least 1 year of previous teaching experience as a kindergarten/primary homeroom teacher;
6.IB PYP teaching experience and/or teaching license preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 23,000 to 30,000 RMB before tax based on experience and qualifications;
