Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide English early education for children at the nursery, using interactive and gamified teaching methods to stimulate learning interest;
2. Design and implement English courses suitable for children of different age groups based on the curriculum outline;
3. Regularly assess students' learning progress and adjust teaching strategies to optimize learning outcomes;
4. Maintain good communication with parents, sharing the child's growth and progress in language learning;
5. Participate in the development of teaching materials and the innovation of teaching methods to improve teaching quality.

Job Requirements:
1. Native English speaker or possesses high-level English proficiency with standard pronunciation;
2. Passionate about early childhood education, patient and approachable, able to build good relationships with children;
3. Possesses cross-cultural communication skills and can understand and respect different cultural backgrounds;
4. Preferably has experience in early childhood education or holds relevant certificates such as TESOL or TEFL;
5. Able to adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
