1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that integrate play-based and inquiry-based learning.
2. Create a warm, caring classroom environment that supports children’s emotional and social development.
3. Work collaboratively with Chinese co-teachers and teaching assistants.
4. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
5. Participate in school events, professional development, and curriculum planning.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (Education or related subject).
2. Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., TEFL/TESOL, PGCE, or state teaching license).
3. At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
4. Passionate about early childhood education and cross-cultural teaching.
