1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 working hours per day;

Job Description

1.Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, pedagogical knowledge, and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experience;
2.Design coherent instruction and engage students in learning;
3.Manage classroom procedures and managing student behaviors;
4.Create an environment of respect and support;
5.Equipment set up and maintenance, such as teaching materials and classroom decoration;
6.Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning;
7.Participate in school-wide teaching activities;
8.A reliable resource for parents;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above (in Education/Early Childhood Education related majors);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.At least two years’ homeroom teaching experience with young kids from 2-3 years old;
5.PGCE/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching qualification is highly preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Salary range from 20,000 to 28,000 RMB before tax based on experience and qualifications;
