The school provides a Group Comprehensive Medical Insurance Plan for teachers and a maximum of three of teacher’s authorized direct dependents who live in Beijing. Authorized direct dependents include only the spouse and children, who are recognized by the Chinese government as direct dependents and in the case of the spouse holds a foreign passport
and are named on teacher’s residence permit for China.
The school will provide settling in allowance 2k in order to assist the employee with settling-in costs. The allowance is only for the employee new to Huijia School and will be paid on the first payday.
Contract Completion Bonus（two-year)）: Upon satisfactory completion of the Employee’s contract, the Employee is entitled to a completion bonus of 5% of income earned during the second school year. Satisfactory completion of the contract means the Employee has upheld all of the school’s guidelines and requirements, and has complied with all policies and regulations. Employees will only receive the completion bonus when finishing a 2-year
contract and it will be paid by Party A on the last payday of the second contractual school year that Party B completes.
Visa Expense: We will fully cover the working (Z) Visa application/ transfer fee.
Holiday Leave: Teaches are entitled to have school holidays according the school’s calendar.and be fully paid.
Housing: Rent-free school accommodation on campus. If both spouses work in the school,
the school only provides one apartment. Can not bring pet.
Employee’s children enrollment benefits: Up to two children can attend school with free tuition.
