Job Description: Talent Acquisition / HR Manager (Chinese Market)

Location: Guangzhou, China

What you will do:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Chinese market, from sourcing to onboarding.
Fill vacancies at all levels — from entry-level specialists to top management.
Become an expert on the Chinese labor market: analyze it, develop competency models, and propose optimal search strategies.
Utilize all modern sourcing channels: from Chinese and international platforms (WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn) to direct search and working with agencies.
Conduct interviews, providing a comprehensive evaluation of both hard and soft skills.
Be the key link between business needs and the hiring process, working closely with company leadership.

We are looking for a candidate who:
Has an excellent understanding of the Chinese labor market, especially in Guangdong province.
Has a proven track record in both volume recruitment and executive search.
(A big plus) Understands the specifics of recruiting for the beauty industry, retail, or FMCG.
Is proficient with PCs and modern HR tools (ATS, databases).
Native Russian speaker and is fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and can communicate confidently in English.
