Overseas Sales Manager Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Lead overseas business expansion and sales activities for company products, achieving annual sales targets and financial objectives.
Oversee sales and market development in assigned regions, primarily targeting government agencies, public institutions, and enterprises. Maintain client relationships to drive long-term growth.
Guide and manage client solution requirements in the company’s industry and regional markets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Conduct external market research and analysis, including collecting and reviewing customer data and market intelligence. Analyze findings to identify strategic market opportunities.
Gather and organize information for bidding processes, and actively participate in bid preparation and submission.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proficiency in Mandarin and at least one foreign language (e.g., English, Russian, Spanish, French) for fluent client communication and negotiation.
2.1–3 years of relevant work or internship experience; prior experience living, studying, or working abroad is preferred.
3.Familiarity with bidding processes and experience in project sales is advantageous.
4.Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and understanding of Chinese corporate culture.
